There's a point that gets missed about Custom Lithium. We're a manufacturer - but we're also an installer, and we have been from very close to the beginning.
That matters more than it sounds.
Most battery companies never see their product installed. They ship a box and hope for the best. We install our own batteries into vehicles and caravans every week, which means we see exactly how they perform in the field, what causes problems, and what makes an install genuinely good rather than merely functional.
That feedback loop goes straight back into our engineering. When a fitment is awkward, we redesign it. When a mounting solution could be better, we build a better one. When a customer's system underperforms, we find out why - and then we design that problem out of the next product.
Very few manufacturers in this country can say that. Most are a step removed from the vehicle entirely.
What a Custom Lithium install looks like
Correct cable sizing for the loads, not the minimum that passes. Proper fusing throughout. Clean, labelled, accessible wiring. Bus bars with room to expand. Charging profiles set correctly for lithium - not left on a factory AGM setting. Everything tested and verified before the vehicle leaves.
It's not glamorous work. But it's the difference between a system that works and a system that works for ten years. And we sure try to make it look glamorous!
