Payments and Currency

All pricing of products on this website are advertised and sold in $AUD including GST.

Payment for orders can only be made via the payment options on the website.  Custom Lithium does not accept cash or cheques.

Returns

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will give you a 7 day money-back guarantee from the time you receive the goods excluding custom made colours/products.  Claims for refunds outside this time will be at the discretion of Custom Lithium.

You must email us at sales@customlithium.com.au within the 7 days so that we can resolve any problems, however, refunds will not be given for simply a change of mind.

This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been used or damaged after delivery, if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken.  All products must be returned in their original condition.  All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer.

It is recommend that you return the product via Registered post and that you pre pay all postage.  You assume any risk of loss, theft or damage to goods during transit and therefore, we advise you to take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier.

All refunds will be equal to the cost of the product only and exclude the initial delivery and return costs.

Shipping Policy & Insurance Cover

Dispatch is within 3 days of order, where stock is directly available. For custom orders, hand built orders or backorders , dispatch will be communicated directly to you within 2 business days of ordering. Please note that there may be delays due to Covid.

Estimated Delivery is provided by TNT (Fedex) for Road Express delivery below:

• Next working day delivery between many large cities.
• Delivery within 2-7 working days elsewhere.

Custom Lithium use different reputable shipping providers based on the different sizes and weights of our products. Batteries can be shipped via Sendle or TNT (Fedex) Express. Basic insurance coverage only applies to these shipping options and due to the cost of our products, we encourage customers to purchase the additional shipping cover which is charged at 2.5% of the total cost of goods.

This additional cover option secures a priority rebuild & express shipping of your order in the event of a shipping loss. By selecting this option, you are ensuring the goods are fully covered during transit and that Custom Lithium will fully cover the shipping and cost of repair or replacement of goods. 

If this option is not selected, Custom Lithium are not liable for the delivery and state of goods as delivery is completed by third party providers.

If there is an issue with your delivery, or your suspect damage based on the state of the packaging, please take photos and DO NOT ACCEPT OR SIGN for the delivery of the items.

Exchanges

Should you need to exchange an item, please send it to us in its original condition with a copy of your invoice stating the reason for return.

Please note that custom made products cannot be exchanged unless there is clear evidence that the product is faulty.

All exchange postage costs are to be paid by the buyer.

You must include a pre-paid return satchel for the same value as the return postage along with any parts which you think may assist us in the exchange, ie, your original broken cable.

Failure to provide pre-paid packaging will result in the order being delayed and we will contact you via email to advise that full payment for shipping is required before returning the order.
