Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all orders over $1,000 within Australia.

Dispatch Time: We strive to dispatch all orders within 3 business days from the order date, provided the stock is available. For custom orders and backorders, please allow 5-7 business days for assembly, testing, and dispatch. Please check if stock is available prior to ordering - Custom Lithium do not offer a change of mind refund.

Shipping Method: All orders are shipped via Border Express. Shipping timeframes are generally as follows:

Next business day dispatch for orders between most major cities (if stock is available). Typically 1-3 Days Shipping time.

Shipping dispatched within 7-14 business days to other regions within Australia.
- Note that the goods are classed as Dangerous Goods by the nature of the product and shipping times are an estimate only and are subject to further delays.

Delivery Issues: If you notice any damage to the packaging upon delivery, please take photographs and do not accept or sign for the delivery. Contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

We are able to ship orders worldwide; however, international customers are required to organise their own freight for international deliveries.

Change of Mind Policy

No Returns for Change of Mind: We do not accept returns or cancellations for change of mind once an order has been placed. Please ensure that you are certain about your purchase before proceeding with the order.
