Most battery companies test their product at the end of the process. We wanted to test it at the beginning - and that required a tool that didn't exist.
So our engineering team built one.
The Custom Lithium 12V Battery Simulator is an in-house developed proof of concept that allows us to replicate battery behaviour and system conditions without needing a physical pack in circuit. It means we can model how a system responds, validate charging behaviour, test BMS logic and work through design scenarios far faster and more safely than conventional methods allow.
Why it matters to you
Every hour of simulation is an hour of real-world problem solved before a product ever reaches a customer. It means faster development cycles, more rigorous validation, and design decisions backed by data rather than assumption.
It also means that when our team is helping you spec a system, we're drawing on genuine engineering capability - not a product catalogue.

This is exactly the kind of work that separates a manufacturer from an assembler. Anyone can source cells and put them in a case. Developing your own test and validation tooling, in-house innovative quality control meeasures, because the off-the-shelf option isn't good enough - that's engineering.
It's the same instinct behind our proprietary BMS, our in-house AI quality control systems, and the way we build every product.
We're not finished with it either. This is a proof of concept, and there's more to come.
