Ben couldnt do enough for me, answered all my questions i had prior to purchase. I ended up ordering the slim 200ah and it didnt quite fit where i was wanting it to go so he was good enough to swap it over to the 200ah ultra slim. Excellent customer service!

Andy and the team were beyond helpful. Had a fair few questions through Facebook messenger prior to engaging their services. They were happy to respond and provide the information I was after. I put an order in that day and the battery was ready for pick up within 9 days. Exceptional craftsmanship and quality.

Their customer service is incredible. We had so many questions during the quoting process; we sent so many messages that were answered promptly and in a very helpful manner. It extends beyond that though, during the install we dropped into the workshop to watch some of the process- the welcomed us with open arms and took their time to show us everything. We will 100% be back for our caravan upgrade!

Have a 100ah Custom Lithium on my Nissan Y62 2020 Patrol to run my engel fridge..it has worked flawlessly and lasts a long time before recharging is necessary..also has a redarc bcdc charger attached for solar charging if needed..highly recommend this battery and company...excellent after sales service and warranty...
