If your request is relating to damage during shipping/delivery, please ensure that you provide photos of the damaged packaging prior to opening the product.

If your request is in relation to a warranty claim or product issue please ensure that you provide photos of the product in its full installation or in use where possible. Please note that warranty return freight shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be refunded if a warranty fault is found with the product/s.
