Their customer service is incredible. We had so many questions during the quoting process; we sent so many messages that were answered promptly and in a very helpful manner. It extends beyond that though, during the install we dropped into the workshop to watch some of the process- the welcomed us with open arms and took their time to show us everything. After a quick back and forth with the legends at custom lithium I shipped it back to them, they made the changes and expressed it back down to me.
