Their customer service is incredible. We had so many questions during the quoting process; we sent so many messages that were answered promptly and in a very helpful manner. It extends beyond that though, during the install we dropped into the workshop to watch some of the process- the welcomed us with open arms and took their time to show us everything. We will 100% be back for our caravan upgrade!

A 400Ah Lithium battery custom made to fit where I needed it, and the necessary peripherals all set up to run my fridge, fan, tv, lights and more. I'm not electrically minded, and Ben went above and beyond MANY times to help me understand what I was installing in my car, and how to do it. We spoke on the phone at length many times, and even spent 20 minutes on the phone with me on a Saturday to walk me through it as I was installing it.
