Important Safety Notice:
Participation in the Hot Lap Experience requires all attendees to meet mandatory motorsport safety criteria, including racing harness fitment, weight and sizing limitations, and general health requirements.
Entrants must ensure they are in good physical health and free from medical conditions that may be worsened by high-speed or high-G-force motorsport activity. Individuals with heart conditions, back or neck injuries, mobility limitations, or other significant medical concerns may be unable to participate.
If the winner or guest cannot be safely secured in the harness or does not meet required safety standards, they may not be permitted to take part. No alternative prize or compensation will be provided.

1. Promotion Overview
Entrants can enter the draw by submitting their details via the official entry form on the Custom Lithium website during the Promotion Period. One eligible entrant will win a Hot Lap Experience with V8 SuperUte Driver Cody Brewczynski, including flights and accommodation for the winner and one (1) guest.
This is a game of chance. Entry is automatic once the participant submits their contact details. No purchase is required.
2. Promotion Period
Starts 12:01 AM (AEST) 18 Nov 2025; ends 4:00 PM (AEST) 28 Nov 2025.
3. Eligibility
Open to Australian residents aged 18+. One entry per person. Entrants must be available for travel on event dates.
4. Major Prize Includes
- A Hot Lap Experience with Cody Brewczynski at Sydney Motorsport Park on
3 December 2025.
- Return economy flights for the winner and one guest from their nearest major Australian city airport to Sydney. Flights will depart on 2 December 2025 and return on 3 December 2025 in the afternoon. Flight times will be determined by Custom Lithium.
- One night twin-share accommodation (4-star min)
- Transfers between Sydney airport, accommodation and the track (if
required).
5. Prize Conditions
- The winner and guest must be able to travel from a major city airport (Sydney,
Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Perth or as approved by Custom Lithium).
- The winner and guest must hold valid photo identification and meet all requirements of the event organiser, including minimum age, health, weight and safety criteria.
- The winner and guest must follow all directions given by event staff and Custom
Lithium.
- The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
- If the event or any part of the experience is cancelled, postponed, or delayed for reasons beyond the Promoter’s control (such as weather, mechanical issues, flight delays, or race schedule changes), no substitute prize or compensation will be offered. This condition complies with the Australian Consumer Law, which allows such limitations where the Promoter is not responsible for the cause of cancellation.
- The Promoter accepts no responsibility for personal injury, loss, or damage
incurred while participating in the prize experience, except where required by
law.
- Travel insurance is not included and is the responsibility of the winner.
Participants must meet motorsport safety and health requirements including harness fitment, weight limits and medical suitability. Individuals with serious medical conditions may be unable to participate. If unable to meet safety standards, entry may be refused with no alternative prize.
6. Draw & Notification
Random draw: 5:00 PM AEST, 28 Nov 2025 at Custom Lithium HQ. Winner contacted via phone/email within 24 hours. Redraw occurs if winner unreachable within 24 hours.
The promoters decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
7. Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the promotion or use of the product.
The promoter accepts not responsibility for personal injury, loss or damage incurred while participating in the prize experience, except where required by law.
8. General Conditions
The promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and disqualify any entrant tampering with the entry process or acting fraudulently.
By entering, participants consent to use of their name, city and images for promotional purposes without further payment.
The promoter is not liable for lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries due to technical issues or circumstances beyond it control.
9. Privacy
Entrants consent to the use of their contact information for administering the promotion and future marketing by the Custom Lithium & Associated Group of Companies. Personal
information collected in connection with this promotion will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
By participating, you consent to the collection and use of your information for

10. Consumer Law
Nothing excludes rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
Any disputes arising from this promotion will be subject to the exclusive
jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
