Why a second battery
Your starter stays safe
A second battery runs your fridge, lights and devices, so your starting battery is always ready to get you home.
Made for your vehicle
Our vehicle-specific systems are designed around 14 popular 4WDs and utes for an easy, seamless install.
Charged while you drive
A DC-DC charger tops up your second battery from the alternator every time you drive.
Two batteries. One job each.
As you drive, a DC-DC charger fed through a fuse charges your second battery. At camp it runs the fridge, and your starter battery stays full.

Dual battery questions
What size DC-DC charger do I need?
A 25A charger works but recharges slowly. A 40A charger puts more back in on short drives, which helps if you camp for a few nights.
Will my vehicle need modifying?
Some modification is part of any dual battery install, such as wiring and mounting. Our vehicle-specific systems are designed to keep it simple, and we recommend a qualified auto electrician does the install.
My vehicle isn’t listed. Can you help?
Yes. Our Ultra Slim range fits most vehicles behind the seat or in a canopy. Call us and we’ll find the right fit.
Talk to the people who build it.
Installation. Adding a dual battery or auxiliary power system is a modification to your vehicle, and most installs involve some changes to wiring, trim or mounting. We recommend having a qualified auto electrician install your system.
