The Sydney 4WD & Adventure Show returned to Sydney Dragway with more than 200 exhibitors across three days, covering everything from caravans and camper trailers to 4WD accessories, recovery equipment and fishing gear.
Alongside the exhibitor halls there was the Engel Bush Camp stage, the content creator's area, 4WD recovery demos, a fishing stage and rock crawling action on Tough Dog mountain. But our main interest was the Bush Mechanics stage which we sponsored, and saw Jamie Hazelden the Australian Bushman telling his stories and working with industry experts on all things you may need to sort out when out bush. There is no one better suited to run a stage like this.
Our team spent the weekend doing the thing we enjoy most at these shows - talking setups. Standing in front of someone's build and working through what they actually need.
A few themes came up repeatedly. Quality lithium running on a charger still set to an AGM profile. Systems sized for a long weekend being used for three-week trips. And a lot of people who'd been told lithium was complicated, when it isn't.
If we spoke about your setup and you want to pick that conversation back up - give us a call.
